After a stage of silenzio stampa, the interwebs’ popular BMW insider Scott27 returns with more rumors about BMW Group’s future models. Scott27 provides detailed descriptions around the forthcoming 2 Series Cabriolet and Coupe, a revelation: 2 Series Gran Coupe or a Gran Coupe Compact and the somewhat expected and highly rumored M2. The Germany’s latest Autobild magazine is at present running a feature on BMW and its 17 new vehicles due from the firm over the course of the next 2-3 years.

The 2er will be the company’s entry Coupe equipped with Rear Wheel Drive system. With sophisticated plans for switching the complete 1er to front wheel drive in the next gen; the 2er is launched for keeping the sportier compact rear wheel drive concept in balance.
